At what point do you believe that the people are justified in civil uprising and the overthrow of their government? How bad would things have to get before you yourself would be willing to revolt?

  4. If you witnessed the ordeal that people are subjected to in North Korea, Burma, Sudan and under other dictatorships, you'd instantly realize why there needs to be an immediate revolt.

    I believe revolutions are justified when the rights of an individual human being are ignored and human beings become properties of the state and not the other way around.

    Your question would be best answered by someone who has been through a system that revolted or that is working to bring about a revolutionary change to the status quo enjoyed by vastly corrupt governments. I don't believe this can be learned  through some forums, or reading academic books. You would actually have to experience it.

The way things would have to be would be if all property were privatized and all land in the possession of corporations and a Corporate Police and military force had been put in place of regular police forces. The people would rebel as the army and police force would not have to answer for anything done to them and would be there just to serve corporate interests with no means of oversight.

  6. Reading the American Revolution, I find the then Americans had little choice but to revolt. The oppression was overwhelming and the taxes were beyond belief.
