i'm on t-mobile and i love them but when are they gonna get better coverage like Verizon does.i sometimes go to Bellevue Hospital and when i go to the 23 ard floor my phone doesn't have service.mean while some people in Bellevue hospital does have service because there on Verizon.i don't wanna switch because verizon charged me a deposit of 1000 and that's alot.yes i have bad credit because some of my brothers used my ss# and i didn't know.so really it's not my fault.and i'm not gonna switch to at&t just because they have the iphone.what matters to me is the coverage.Verizon have good coverage out of all those cellphone providers.i was on boost mobile for a month and there service is no good.boost mobile customer service treats me like garbage.boost mobile customer service treats people like garbage because they are not on a contract.i don't wanna have anything to do with prepaid.why don't t-mobile get better coverage like verizon has.ive been on t-mobile for 5 years.i had a couple of problems with t-mobile but they were fixed right away.honesly t-mobile customer service sometimes be having attitudes.but overall there good.could they like upgrade there systems or something to make there service better like Verizon.can someone answer my question?

  1. They are not.  I had t-mobile when I moved into my house 5 years ago.  It's just on the edge of their range (even shows that on their map). My phone didn't work on the first floor.  I got rid of it but 5 years later when family and friends come over cannot use t-mobile on the first floor.

They are spending money on adding 3G to their network right now (that will not add more range) and range seems even less likely.

Their solution to poor range seems to be t-mobile @ home.  Pay extra to you use wifi to connect to their network.  Good news is when you use it, it doesn't cost you minutes.
