Too bad about the sweater.  Every week is tax free in Delaware.  We do not have sales tax.

NY doesn't have a tax free week any more.  They don't charge sales tax anytime on clothing under $110.   But if your sweater cost more than that, you'd have had to pay sales tax on it.
