They do it 2 to 3 times a year. Just call one of there locations and ask to be certain.

They have them all throughout the year, I would advise signing up for their email list. I get emails all the time from them, and many of them are ads for the $99 gown sale. A word of caution, though...there are many horror stories out there about DB, but I personally had a great experience with them on about my 5th visit there. The best thing I can tell you is, if you're really set on DB for whatever reason (the perfect dress, a great price, etc.), don't feel stuck or give up if you have a bad or even neutral experience. Go to another location or the same one on a different day and work with a different consultant. Sometimes it takes a few tries to find someone who is truly helpful and will give you the great experience you deserve, but they're out there, so keep looking and you can end up with a great, "one-stop shopping experience" for your wedding dress and bridesmaids' dresses too. They worked so hard to find the right size in my dress because it had been discontinued while I was saving up for it. The location I had originally gone to called all over the state and worked with other stores and employees to make sure I would get the last size 4 in all of Florida! That's why I say, they're better than people make them sound, you just have to find someone who is willing to go a bit out of their way to be helpful. Good luck!

My fiancee bought one. We went to a wedding show and got a half off coupon for David's and they honored it for the $99 rack plus they gave her a $50 gift card for a restaurant to boot. They ended up paying us $1 for buying the dress. Look for wedding shows. They are fun and you get tons of information and some free eats too.

Usually I've seen the commercial for the sale starting in april and through july or august(height of wedding season).  call them and find out!
