When is the Arceus event in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl?

does anyone know when the arceus event will be or is anyone willing to trade him to me?

you need a azure flute which you get from the mystery gift. it will never happen without it. the only real way to get Arceus (regrettably) is through the Action Replay, i have one through the azure flute code, but i had to do it like a million times to get him shiny.

Arceus shiny looks like a lump of yellow icing :)

no but keep an eye out at http://pokemon.com or any other website that keeps up on events. if someone trades you an arceus its probably a hack.
