mmm.. good question, hard to answer! I live in Mexico City and the weather is kinda crazy, on december it was hot! and in summer it was kinda cold and rainy, so one never knows, the best u can do is to wear light clothes and carry a jacket cause during the day it can be really hot and later cold!
