My daughter lives and works in Glasgow and I would be sightseeing, walking, while she is at work.

  1. The weather in Glasgow isn't very good, but I suppose it's not so bad between June - September (bring your wellies and brolly anyway!) There are loads of things to do and see. I would recommend taking the city sightseeing bus - http://www.activitypoint.co.uk/en/e00/00...

Glasgow has wonderful parks - http://www.glasgow.gov.uk/en/Residents/P... and museums too - http://www.glasgowmuseums.com/

The shopping in Glasgow is also great. Take a walk along Argyle Street, up Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall Street. Hope you have a great time when you visit!

  2. There are things going on all year but the summer would be best, any month between April and September.
