When is the best season to start planting bay trees? or are they all year round?? and i mean the herb!!!!!!?

You don't say what climate zone you're in but in California they can be planted year round.  All new plants require water on a regular basis.  Put mulch around the base of the tree, it really helps keep it moist.

Bay trees are evergreen so can be planted all year round, just don't do it in the hotter parts of the year.
