When is the best time of day to exercise?

is there a time of the day when you lose the most weight while you exercise? exercising as in crunches, situps, and running/jogging. thank you :)

  1. i think anytime is the best time to exercise

    personally i see more effects of exercising when i do it at night but maybe its just me xD


  2. There's not really a 'best' time.

    The best time would be when you're hyper/excited and ready to be doing stuff, and energetic.

  3. The best time to work out is in the morning because first off you are waking your body up, and second it is cooler. Also the later you wait to workout (near your bed time) the most likely you will have problems trying to fall asleep later on that night, because your body will still be pumping endorphine hormones that keep you awake.
