Question:

When is the best time of day to take vitamins?

I take a lot of vitamins, usually at night though...I take Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Omega 3-6-9 (and I used to take a Vitamin B too but I ran out xD).

  2. Morning.  Although if you're taking zinc for extra healing, take it on it's own just before you go to bed on an empty stomach.

  3. I take them all in the evening. Maybe that's my problem. You might want to look into taking an extra D and some more folic acid. New research indicates we may benefit by taking more than the recommendation.

  5. You should need to take any vitamins. A whole days worth of vitamins/minerals is literally the size of a peice of dust. If you take too much vitamins you can actually end up poisoning yourself
