I'm wondering what time of the day will maximize fat loss and muscle gain. Not which is most convenient and I would like a link to your sources or an explanation (since I'm interested in the reasons why and such). Thanks in advance. ^_^ <3

  1. I don't have links or anything like that but I do know morning is considered the best time. It has something to do with metabloism i think being at its highest because of rest...I'm not sure dont' quote me on that. I do workout regularly and have heard this many times

  2. Mornings

Because our body is full of energy since we just woke up

Because mornings are the time when our body usually becomes normal

and besides at night, we become drowsy(get my point?)

  3. Early morning. The body is ready for work before you get up. Glucose is released into the blood stream. Body temperature is up a few degrees. The engine is already warmed up by the time you get up.
