When is the best time of the year to get good deals on laptops?

I was going to wait for the after thanksgiving day sale to buy one, but i don't know if there's a better time to get a better deal

Usually the thanksgiving deals are great but other good deals are AFTER the holiday season when all the returns come back and they could possibly be overstocked.
