I want to go when there is good weather and when there aren't too many people.

I plan on going through Royal Caribbean.

Thanks.

  1. Suggest either April before the ships redeploy to Europe and Alaska or late November/early December when they come back. No chance of hurricanes, reasonable rates, and most kids are in school.

I would opt for a southern port like Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

  3. A good time to go on a Caribbean cruise is from Jan to May.  A good site to book cruises is at "18K Travel".

  4. Two week before Christmas or the weeks after. That way you skip the crowd, you get better deals and the weather is great.

  5. The best times seem to be between Thanksgiving and Christmas but not during, Jan to March but not during spring break and then October. Weather is good year round in the Caribbean compared to most of the US, yes they do have hurricanes during the summer and early fall.

  6. My favorite time to go is late April and early May.  The weather is good and this is in between the winter high season and the summer vacation high season.  Hurricane season does not start until June.

  7. I've never been on a cruise, but I believe that is is better to go in the summer because of the nice weather.
