  1. i would say when school starts for kids because that is when tickets are cheaper... or you can check out this travel site http://www.ytbtravel.com/travelperfect you might be able to find some good deals if you scroll down and look under "Great Travel Deals"


  2. Winter is cheapest if you don't mind the cold.  Southern Spain will be fine.
