When is the best time to apply at a bar/club?

I want to get a job at a bar/ night club, Whens the best time? Day or night?

You could stop by during the day to see if anyone is around, but your best bet would be to come by in the early evening, ask first thing to speak to the manager, and they will arrange it from there.

A side note, please try not to drink while you're there. Just do your thing and take off. It leaves a horrible, horrible impression when you come in, arrange for an interview, then proceed to get hammered.
