I think with the economy right now they're having a lot of sales with vacations. http://www.ez-vacations.net  will send you deals on a regular basis and they're also having a special promotion right now for a vacation in Cozumel.

Right now they are having sales for spring travel. In April you will see the summer sales advertised. I would start looking in April for July travel. The prices are higher due to fuel prices . Just my guess.

Check with your local travel agency. Sometimes they are cheaper because they get bulk rate airfares.  Also check travel dates week day departures.
