  1. I say your best time to buy for the gears you want at the best price is between now and mid of April. You can always wait till April, but the ones that goes on sale now will most likely be out of stock at April.

Most people thinks the best time to buy is after the snow season is over, like in the summer. But they're wrong... since not many people will buy the gears at that time therefore there is no point of putting things on sale when no many will be buying. So at summer they will be at regular price.

  2. The sales are happening right now. Most stores are getting ready for their spring/summer merchandise. The place where i usually buy my boards is selling their snowboards and gear for like 40% off this week (selected items of course). I saw this cute burton alpha for like $225.00 and it's original price is like $450 too bad they didn't have my size. You better get to those stores and check out the deals before it's too late. You can always ask if they do price adjustments so that if it gets markdown more you can get more money back. Good luck shopping for your stuff.

  3. Right about now to the end of ski/snowboard season is over is the best time.  At Zumes (i think i spelled it right), you can get some really cheap boards since they want to get there skateboarding, longboards, and summer clothes in.  And this is true at any sporting goods strore.

  4. The sales are right now. Right now is a good time to buy or within the next few weeks. I know ski shops around where i live sell other things in the summer, such as pools and water sports things. If you wait until the summer, everything will be sold out.  In the fall, everything is usually sold at MSRP.  A good thing to do is to is to demo equipment.  You don't really demo specific bindings or boots, but you can demo boards.  You can also get a great price on demoed boards.  Go to a mountain with a demo center.  It costs a little more than a rental to demo, but if you decide to purchase, what you paid for the demo will go towards the board. Weekdays are better than weekends since there are more boards available.  I demoed skis today and the guy there said that all demoed skis were 40% off, but in a week or two they will be 50% off.  Most of the original skis and boards they had were sold out already. Demoing is a lot of fun.  I skied 7 on different pairs of skis today.  If i could magically change boots in no time at all, I might have demoed the rossignol mini, but i am more into skiing and wanted to demo as many skis as i could.

  5. right now

  6. a good time would be when summer hits thats when i get it or you can get it at the end of the snowboarding season thats when everything goes on sell

  7. i'm wondering the exact same thing bud.
