October (though you're still in Hurricane season until Nov 30th) through May. Beware of holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving and Spring Break, prices tend to go up during those times.

It depends where you are going, The Bahamas or Bermuda, I would cruise April, May, June, November and December. The rest of the Caribbean when you can get the best deals.

Anytime is the right time! It really depends on where your going and what weather you like.  What your finances are.  If your looking for a good Caribbean cruise they have good prices during the year like when the kids are in school  and in October if I remember correctly.  Contact a travel agent and they will be able to assist you.
