also is it okay to exercise 1.before bed 2. right after you wake up or 3. after eating?

and what kind of foods should i avoid?

  1. Morning or night makes no difference, as long as you get a good nights rest. AVOID FAT AT ALL COST. excess fat is the main reason why abs don't show on many people, not because they have weak abs.


  2. you shouldn't exercise right after having dairy (you'll throw up) other than that, morning, night, anytime is good.
