When is the best time to get a Gremany visa?

I want to go to Gremany on 9/2/2008. I am an international students in the UK. I am Chinese.I have chinese passport ,and English Visa, I want to go to Gremany in February. But i do not know when is the best time to apply a Visa . Who can tell me in detail .

there is no good time, anytime will do just have all your documents including travel document, artennary,travel insurance,an invitation, of course a passport and a decent bank account.

also go to their web site for up to date info about traveling to germany.

if you have all these you should not have an problems getting a visa.

the very good time to get a germany visa is when the visa officer is in good mood otherwise?? you know better...  good luck anyway
