  1. 14 hey... hmmm

well i would say about 3am to 5am but seeing as your quite young i dont know if you would like to go out that early...

If not i would say go late evenings about 9pm or even later if your parents allow (i dont know how your family works)

In the morning... 6am is a good time, not to hot and is very refreshing before breakfast

    hope this helps

  2. Really early in the morning or late at night.

  3. First thing in the morning (roughly at or just before sunrise) usually means the fewest cars on the roads and people out and about. It can be a little harder for the body to get going that soon after you wake up though.

A lot also depends on the particular route(s) you have available. Some parks clear out in the later afternoon / early evening for example, while still remaining in a relatively safe timeframe.

  4. midnight runs are always fun, gives yourself some 'me' time.

  5. I like to run early in the morning before i eat(i have a sensitive stomach, but you might find that it is better for you to eat before you run. thats a little off topic, sorry.haha) around 7 or 7:30.

  6. Mornings and evenings are probably your best bet to avoid traffic/friends - but that's also when you'll wind up meeting other runners.

  7. evenings after supper or the early mornings as the streets are empty in the early mornings.
