When is the best time to moisturize with Vaseline?

I know someone who used Vaseline everyday and she is around 60 but has skin like a 20 year old.

If you're talking about Vaseline Petroleum Jelly then using that as a moisturizer isn't a good a idea. Petroleum jelly actually draws moisture out of your skin and makes you dependent on it, which is why if you run out of chap stick you're lips get dry really fast.

Vaseline isn't a moisturizer.  It is a sealant.

Are you talking about using on your face?  Please don't.  I have been using plain unscented glycerin soap with Oil of Olay Sensitive as my moisturizer and I am mistaken for someone who is at least 10 years younger.  I am 42 and I am often thought to be 30.  There are also times I get ID'd for alcohol...which that age is 21.
