When is the best time to take a Panama Canal cruise (weatherwise)?

We went in November a couple years ago and the weather was great.  Be sure to get a balcony cabin so you can see all of the sights as the ship goes through the locks.

Now is a great time without the threat of Hurricanes.

It also might be a tad cooler this time of year.

Not in the summer.  Go Sept - May.  Most cruise lines only go at this time anyways.  Otehrwise it is just to hot.
