Best time to train for running, i say is evening at like 7-7:30. What do any runners think?

  1. I love running in early morning for about 30minutes to 1 hour at like 5 or 6 then go back to sleep xD

    I dont go run at night cuz its kinda scary =D haha and midday is kinda hot; unless its windy


  2. I enjoy jogging in the morning.

  3. Whatever you like best. I personally love running at night, at around 23.30-24 or so.

  4. i love running in the evening at around 8-9 :)

  5. It depends what you are training for.  If you want to train in heat weather, run in midday.  If you want to enjoy a nice cool run, early morning/ 8-9.
