When is the best time to try to conceive if you have irregular periods?

Have s*x every other day... It's hard to know when your going to ovulate if you don't have regular period. Dont' have s*x every day as it may lower your hubbys spern count.

I would recommend keeping a diary of your periods for a few months. You may be able to see a slight pattern in your cycles. Aim for predicting ovulation day, no matter how many days are in your cycle. Baby-dancing every other day 2 days before and up to 2 days after you start to notice fertile cervical mucus when you wipe/ examine should stand you in a good place to fall pregnant. Regular s*x is really the best way to achieve conception. Try an ovulation predictor test from ebay or your local store.

If you have irregular periods its almost IMPOSSIBLE to guess when you are ovulating. You really need to look into purchasing OPKs and monitoring your BBT so you can pin point when you are about to ovulate.

Do the baby dance every other day, all month long (except when you are on your period) and you're sure to catch the moment of fertility.

Rest up and start having intercourse every other day. Everyday will lower the sperm count. Relax and have fun with it. I have been ttc for a several months and decided to start the every other this month. Baby Dust and have fun.
