When is the best time to visit Ocean Park, Hong kong during all seasons?

I would like to know when is the best time to visit Ocean Park all seasons. I would like to go on a day with the fewest people and when the weather is standable. Give me all the facts and information you know. Thanks!

Weekdays are less crowded.  Go in autumn/fall when the weather is mild.  Go early when the park opens at 9:30/10am.

The designated CityBus takes you to the front door.  I like the dolphin and sealion shows.  Ocean Park is neat.

September/October/November temperature would be around 20 degree celcius, with a gentle breeze, blue sky if you are lucky. go on weekday, avoid time when they have public holidays in China as there will be a lot of tourists
