The best time to work out is whenever it best fits into your schedule.  Early morning is probably best but if it is inconvenient for you to do that, you are very unlikely to work out at that time.  If it fits better into your schedule to work out in the late afternoon, you are more likely to stick with an exercise routine if you work out at that time.

  8. The best time is about 6 o'clock after your evening meal.

    This way you have all of the energy to burn off.

    If you work out then eat a big meal, your matobolism wont be able to break it down as fast.
