You don't say from where, but generally from October to May not including the Christmas/NewYear's season and the time around Chinese New Year.

Depends on where you're flying from. But generally the low season in Thailand is between May and October so flights there would be cheaper.

Depends where you want to go and where you are coming from - there are always deals to Thailand - you can get  flights from UK for approx £380 or direct for under £500 ( if you book and pay 6 months in front ).

Cheap times to fly would be May , June ( To Wet ! ) or Sept, Oct , Jan , Feb , March , April.
