March.  trust me im panamanian and i live in germany now.  and thats the cheapest month out of the whole year.  you can search for every month and you will see what im saying.

right now ,i live in panama city , Its raining everyday ,tourism is down .everyones cutting prices to get business .I`m practicaly giving away alcohol in my bar and it still not packed.Check spirit airlines they do some crasey deals to here sometimes .I flew spirit round trip from panama to miami ,for 139 dollars . Copa airlines does specials also .if you are flexible with your date of travel you can get a good deal if you keep searching on the net

I think is always the same. But maybe in the rainy season you will find more available flights / hotels. That´s sep - oct - nov.

the cheapest time is in the rainy season and the cheapest of it is probably August, September, October... but if you go there in the rainy time, you cant get the joy of it well coz it rains h**l alot... So try between December- April. There are real cheap hotels, like at most $50 for a night
