When is the cutoff date for people in PA to get their driving permit for 17 years old?

what's the date for a pa driver to get there permit it was 16 but i think they changed it to 17 what date do you have to be born b4 to get it at 16? i really need to know the correct date cause driving is my life and if i gota wait another year it may be really really bad

  1. 93 is the cut off year


  2. As of today the age is still 16.  There is nothing in the state of PA website about it being changed to 17.   See link below.
