When is the deadline for the summer reading program at Santa Clara County Library...(Cupertino Library)?

When is the deadline for the summer reading program at the library? The librarian told me the 15th was when i could get the "prize"...so is that the only day? Can you please tell me...thank you...:)

Ages 3-13 (up to 8th grade) deadline was the 14th.
