When is the deadline to OSAP?

It depends.  

You can make your OSAP application within the first 45 days from the start date without incurring any penalty.  After that, you cannot get funding from the start of your program, only from the date you applied for OSAP.  So its a good idea to apply early.

Also you must apply before (1 think) 6 weeks before the END of your program -- although that makes no sense at all.......

The longer you delay your application, the longer it will be before you get any money.
