When is the gass and fuel from the cars going to stop and are we going to have diffrent cars in the future?

i am very scared becaus of the polar ice cap when it all melts!

  1. no need to worry...scientists have proved that ozone layer regenerates at a faster rate..ther are many more years to go..

    introduction of electric vehicles reduce the effect on the atmosphere


  2. Hopefully we'll have a good number of plugin electric cars in the next 10-20 years.  These won't require gasoline, you get energy to run the engine by plugging in the car to an outlet in your garage.  This I believe is the most realistic technology that is closest to becoming a reality.

    Don't be afraid of ice caps melting!  I doubt they'll all melt!

  3. It is all a scam. Mother nature is recycling the fossil fuels and have been doing it for million's of years. It is part of the plant job to recycle our oxygen,as the plants take in the CO2 it gives us the O2 and holds on to the C. In the decay of the leaves into fossil fuels. So we will never run out of fuels.

When it becomes cheaper to buy and use an electric car than it does a regular gas powered car.  Unfortunately, it's all about economics, (unless the government can step in and make this transition speed up through legislation).  If gas prices keep going up, it may be more affordable to own an electric car soon.

  5. We already have plently of alternatives. We've had alt-fuel vehicles since the 50's. And ofcourse the steam car in the early 1900's. I have t osay though the most interesting alt-fuel veichle was the Nuclear powered car from ford in the 50's. Very interesting concept. "The Ford Nucleon was a nuclear-powered concept car developed by Ford Motor Company in 1958." "The design did not include an internal-combustion engine, rather, a vehicle was to be powered by a small nuclear reactor in the rear of the vehicle." "It was said that cars like the Nucleon would be able to travel 8000 km (5,000 miles) or more, depending on the size of the core, without recharging. Instead, at the end of the core's life they would be taken to a charging station"
