When is the last day we can pass with our birth cirtificates?

i need too know. Some people its on January 1st and some say Febuary.

Effective January 1st, 2007, all U.S. citizens wishing to travel will be required to posses a valid U.S. Passport.

Previously, a valid driver's license or birth certificate was enough for entry, but the State Department has issued a new rule making Passports a requirement for travel to most countries.
