When is the low season for air fare?

Generally, the times that aren't holidays in the part of the world you're traveling from or the part you're traveling to.  So, late January/February/early March, mid-April, late September/October/early November.

Airfares just jumped 80 percent because of fuel costs. There are no longer low seasons for airfare.

Some times are still cheaper than others, but it depends on where you are travelling to and from.
