As for a release time-table, you will almost never get one.  As most (if not all)  scanlators do not post release schedules.  Imagine the hundreds of messages if the release were late?  And remember, that these scanlators are "fan-groups," meaning they do this work out of their own free time, & money to release a series to nameless / anonymous leechers across the world.  So if "real life" gets in the away, scanlation projects are usually delayed.  

The only concrete news I can give to you, is the group "Strays" who works on Oretama has Japanese RAWs up to chapter 21.  But as Strays has a slow / erratic release history, expect a several week wait.

*As a note, a few scanlators can be motivated by ego-boosts & "thanks" replies.  So that's even more reason for fans to say their thanks on fan-group's websites, forums, & IRC channels.

Chapter 18 was translated by Strays as of August 23.

As for chapter 19, nothing yet.  Probably another month or so.
