  1. The rule has changed from what it used to be.  Savings time in the US now ends at 2:00 am, the first Sunday in November.  That will be Nov. 2, this year. You will set your clocks back one hour on Saturday night.  (You get an extra hour.)

Savings time is not the same all over the world.  Here's a pretty good discussion of it, with a nice chart.

Edit: Okay, thumbs are fine, but why don't any of you post your answer to show where I am wrong?

"Sing," maybe it's because you asked about the next daylight savings time.  I figured you meant when do we change our clocks next.  If that's the problem, then okay: The next time we go *ON* DST will be March 8, 2009.  Sheesh!

All right, I get it.  Someone, no doubt using multiple identities, has gone down my answers and given 3 thumbs down to 28 of them in a row.
