When is the next vote to cut off funding for the troops scheduled?

Since the wise Democrats knew all all along that the "surge" was a failure before it even started, have they planned another vote to try to derail our efforts in Iraq in the interests of damaging the Republican party? It isn't shameful as long as it helps to get your candidate elected, right?

Actually according to the Obamabots it was his idea to pull out of Iraq. So according to them they are the ones that are ending the conflict. History being rewritten right infront of our eyes.
