  1. When the aroma is in the air.  And the pizza pies are fresh out of the oven.  Ahh I can taste it.

  2. August is peak season because a lot of Italians have their holidays in August. Off season is from October to March. But there are tourists all the time!

  4. august is the highest priced months in italy or in europe. So you find hotels that normaly wold cost 40 euros in august they are maybe 70/80 euros. all the italians go on vac in august, most of the industrial cities like milan, etc are mainly empty

  5. pick seasons are:

    christmas - new year's day - until 7 january.

    easter week.

from 25th april until 1st may (here is holiday and if it happens during weekend, we all go in holiday)

    July and August.

but rates usually increse from may until august.

    (for cities and sea locations)

december-february-march in a winter location where you can skiing.

    off season:

    september-october-may-june for a sea location

october november jenuary february march for cities

    september-october-november-may-june for winter location

In my opinion the best moment for a visit in the city here in italy is end of march-april-may.

cities are full of people (during peak season, everybody are off, many shops off, too much warm, very-high rates), the weather is perfect, rates are reasonable, there are shops and lots of event.

  6. peak season is june to september. Off season is october to april
