You know those scenes in the movies when he gives her a gift or says something like hey i really like you or something && that moment of THE kiss or the kiss on the cheek. ya when do you know when the moment is right? and how do you even know if he is interested as a..idk crush...not just a friend?

flirt and see his reaction.  just make sure you take it really slow so you don't scare him off.  never have a friends ask him if he likes you, this will make him scared to talk to you
