  1. Don't do it. However, if she asks you to pull over, look over your shoulder to make sure no one is there, and then pull over.

    Good luck.

  2. Check with your state's vehicle code.  In California, a car can enter the bike lane only within 200 feet of the upcoming intersection.  Of course, any bikes in the lane still have the right of way, and drivers have to yeild to the bikes.

  3. Only while turning right if it is clear....

  4. when somones being wrecless in the middle of the road

  5. It is not permissible to drive in a bike lane.  If you are turning right and there is a bike lane, you need to look over your right shoulder, check your mirrors and make the turn from the vehicle lane.  The bike lane is usually much narrower than a traffic lane anyway.

  6. You should look over your shoulder just in case there is someone in your blind spot, and then move into the bike lane.

You can stay in the bike lane for only 200 feet when you are making a right turn.

    Hope that helps.

  7. never!
