  1. More controls, especially social controls are never the answer.  Especially if they are imposed on us by governments.  The law of unintended consequences will always act to create more problems.


  2. The time is already past. The Clinton administration tightened the Tabacco industry which was supposed to save the Health of Human kind but industrial pollution has not been tackled because it would have an adverse effect on the economy of a nation. I believe industry is the main area where enviromental controls are needed.
