When is the sale season in prague, vienna, budapest?

im going after a week, will it be the sale season?

Budapest and Prague are overrun June - August  with a gazillion tourists.  The winter is the calmest and therefore cheapest period.  Vienna is also busy during the summer, but not as much as in August the city practically closes from everyone leaving for holiday. Not really a good time to go though.  Vienna is busiest with tourists Sept/Oct. with the operas and classical events.  Personally, I've found Vienna most beautiful and accessible with prices in the Spring.
