When is the silver voyager coming out?

I'm getting the voyager, but I really want to get a different color because all my friends have the black one. When is the silver one coming out? And does it come with the V09 software update? Also, is there any confirmation about a new voyager coming out soon?

i was told by a salesman at the verizon store it will probably come out late august or early september
