pretty much never. i went ON thanksgiving and it was freezing and raining and it was still packed. i did ask the people who work there whent he ebst time to come was and they said ON christmas day which nobody wants to do. so i say just suck it up. remember fast passes are your friends! also when the park just opens and is just about to close there arent as many people. when it just opens head towards the wet rides like splash mountain. thats what i did and there was nobody there so we got to go on it 6 times without getting out. it was awesome.

December and October are the best times. I went in April during spring break and it wasn't bad at all!

A good rule of thumb is that when schools are in session it will not be as busy.  Even during the "off season" if there is a holiday weekend that weekend may be very busy.  A good example of this is Presidents Day weekend in February.

Mid-January to Early March

Late April to Mid-May

September(after Labor Day) to early November.

First couple of weeks in December

Just remember that the "off season" is also the time that they have reduced hours and entertainment.  They will also use this time for refurbishment, so there may be a few rides not operating due to this.

i like going on a weekday in fall. mid october. most people have school or work so its not as crowded.
