When is the summer sale season in France?

Hey! i'll be going to france this summer. i would just like to know when summer sale season begins and ends. Thanks!

Dates are decided by each département (administrative division) and regulated by the government. In Paris (département 75) it started on June 25 and will end on August 2.

Other départements of the Paris region (suburbs) are 77, 78 and 91 to 95.
