The lunar calendar created by Chinese is based in the moon, so the day is the a little different from the regular calendar that we use which use the sun.One year of lunar calendar is shorter.So every 4 years they have to add one extra month to it so it can be matched with the regular calendar.Therefore every year Tet is not the same day on solar calendar athough it is the same day every year on lunar calendar.Check the following web site.
