When is the time change in Sydney? Today, or next week? Or...when?

The time change is next week. telstra has confused everybody by changing now, but its next week. the reason for this is that they are trying to get the whole east coast (tassie, canberra, syd, brisbane, cairns etc) to be on the same time zone. i believe the actual date is the 16th of apri.

next weekend 5/6th April. I keep hearing about it on the radio with people ringing in and getting confused. Parliament changed the finishing date this year and that start date is likely to be Oct 4/5th.
