When you need to hang on, when someone needs you there. There are times when we might need to let go, but there are other times in which we need not to let go.

When letting go will hurt someone else.  Then it is NOT OK.  Whether suicide, adultery, abuse of a child.......If letting go, enables you to live (without the above) then YES, let go, live.
