it depends though. It makes sense when you dont higher somone because they stole but if it says that they were charged of some offense like battery which is very easy to get, then its stupid. My friend wasnt highered for a job because he beat someone who tresspassed in his house and he got an assault and battery charge. Its pretty stupid. How can a man get a second chance if no one offers it
